Our Policy

Exchanges or Store Credit Only → We do not issue refunds, but you are welcome to exchange your item or receive store credit to use toward something else you’ll love.

Timeline → Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate an exchange or credit.

Condition → Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

Final Sale Items → Accessories, intimates, and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Once we receive your return, we’ll process your exchange or store credit within 5 business days.
