We Want You to Love Your Pieces 🌿

Each item at Frolic & Fold is carefully chosen to bring ease, beauty, and a touch of whimsy to your wardrobe. But if something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help you find a better fit.


Our Policy

  • Exchanges or Store Credit Only → We do not issue refunds, but you are welcome to exchange your item or receive store credit to use toward something else you’ll love.

  • Timeline → Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to initiate an exchange or credit.

  • Condition → Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

  • Final Sale Items → Accessories, intimates, and sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.


How to Start an Exchange 🌙

  1. Email us at frolicfold@outlook.com with your order number and item details.

  2. We’ll send you instructions for mailing your item back.

  3. Once we receive your return, we’ll process your exchange or store credit within 5 business days.


Notes ✨

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • If exchanging, we recommend tracking your package—we’re not responsible for items lost in transit.

  • Store credit never expires and can be used anytime at Frolic & Fold.
